　　1/.如何拍得穩？

　　1/. How to shoot steadily?

　　相信每位學短視頻拍攝的同學，都知道借助穩定器來增加畫面穩定性，但是也有很多朋友并沒有穩定器，所以只能通過手持運鏡拍攝。

　　I believe every student who studies short video shooting knows how to use stabilizers to increase image stability, but there are also many friends who do not have stabilizers, so they can only shoot through handheld camera movements.

　　相比于借助穩定器拍攝，手持運鏡的優勢是操作更為靈活。需要注意的是，我們在手持運鏡拍攝時要保持手機的平衡穩定，握持手機的姿勢可以參考我下面的動作：

　　當然，手機始終還是過于輕薄，當我們走動進行拍攝時，手機Z軸的抖動會非常明顯，所以如果沒有穩定器同學，可以像我一樣借助「八爪魚支架」，把它調整到自己舒適的握持角度來進行拍攝，這樣可以一定程度保持手機的穩定性。

　　Of course, mobile phones are still too thin and light. When we walk around for shooting, the Z-axis shake of the phone will be very obvious. Therefore, if there is no stabilizer, students can use the "Octopus Bracket" like me to adjust it to their comfortable grip angle for shooting, which can maintain the stability of the phone to a certain extent.

　　如果是長時間拍攝一些跟隨動作，我們也可以借助「手機兔籠」來增加握持感，這樣可以更好的保持運鏡的平穩。

　　If it is a long-term shooting of some follow-up actions, we can also use a "mobile phone rabbit cage" to increase the grip, which can better maintain the smoothness of the camera movement.

　　2/.推鏡頭

　　2/. dolly in

　　在很多電影中，導演都會使用推鏡頭的方式讓觀眾從一個大場景逐步聚焦到某一局部之上，從而達到烘托畫面情緒的目的。

　　In many movies, directors use the technique of pushing the camera to gradually focus the audience from a large scene to a specific part, in order to enhance the mood of the image.

　　推鏡頭可以是通過變焦的形式，也可以是通過向前運鏡的形式來實現，但是手機的變焦是數碼變焦，放大變焦后畫質會有所下降。

　　Pushing the lens can be achieved through zoom or forward movement, but the zoom of mobile phones is digital zoom, and the image quality may decrease after zooming in and out.

　　所以我們最好是采用向前運鏡的方法來拍攝推鏡頭。

　　向前運鏡的動作要領是：放低重心，弓步后仰，留足向前的距離，手部固定不動，使用腰部發力向前推，把自己當作一個人肉云臺，這樣拍出來的畫面就會更加的穩定。

　　The key to moving the camera forward is to lower the center of gravity, take a bow and tilt back, leave enough distance forward, keep your hands fixed, use your waist to push forward, and treat yourself as if you were a person. This way, the captured image will be more stable.

　　3/.拉鏡頭

　　拉鏡頭和推鏡頭動作相反，拉鏡頭通常可以拍攝一些人物與環境關系的畫面。

　　Pulling the camera is the opposite of pushing the camera. Pulling the camera can usually capture images of the relationship between characters and the environment.

　　比如，可以找到一些合適的空境，人物站在前面，手機先固定拍攝空境，再向后拉出來，這樣拍出來的畫面內容更為豐富。

　　通過這種拍攝手法可進一步渲染畫面氛圍，適合去拍攝旅行途中的人物與環境。

　　4/.搖鏡頭

　　在電影中搖鏡頭通常用于空間的轉換，或者是被攝主體的變換，引導觀眾視線由一處轉到另一處，完成觀眾注意力和興趣點的轉移。

　　In movies, camera shake is usually used for spatial transitions or subject changes, guiding the audience's gaze from one place to another and completing the transfer of attention and points of interest.

　　因為手機足夠輕便，所以我們可以隨意的轉變鏡頭方向，讓畫面的興趣點快速的切換，可以更好的交代場景和人物的關系。

　　Because mobile phones are lightweight enough, we can easily change the camera direction and quickly switch the points of interest in the picture, which can better illustrate the relationship between the scene and the characters.

　　?結合揺鏡頭的快速轉動可以變成甩鏡頭，可以通過鏡頭的方向銜接甩動，來制作出這種無縫轉場的效果。

　　5/.移鏡頭

　　左右平移鏡頭的拍攝方法是跟推鏡頭相同，同樣是使用跨部發力，向左或者右平移。

　　適當借助一些前景可以更好的烘托畫面氛圍，比如我這里借助旁邊觀眾的肢體作為前景來帶入下象棋的這個氛圍。

　　Appropriately utilizing some foreground elements can better enhance the visual atmosphere, such as using the body parts of the audience nearby as foreground elements to bring in the atmosphere of playing chess.

　　長距離的左右移鏡頭拍攝時同樣要放低重心，走太極步，平穩向前運鏡。

　　除了左右的平移，也可以是上下的平移，也就是升降鏡頭。

　　在拍攝的時候舉高手機，手臂固定不動，身體下蹲來做下降運鏡，或者借助兔籠的提壺，來做升降動作。

　　簡單總結一下，在運鏡中最重要的是要足夠的穩，要把身體當作一個云臺來控制手機的運鏡，所以在運鏡的過程中能用腰的絕不用手，腰不行的晚上去整點“來了老弟”補一下！
